How to Cancel or Change Your Order

  • We try our best to accommodate order cancellations, but changes might not be possible once processing begins.

  • Contact us immediately at Hello@luxuraworld.com or call 27 82 303 4594 if you need to cancel or modify your order.

  • Confirmed orders will follow our return policy.

Returns & Refunds (Website Purchases Only)

1.1 Faulty or Damaged Items, Fulfilment Errors

  • We'll do our best to resolve any issues with faulty, damaged items, or fulfilment errors.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, details of the damaged item(s), and photographic evidence.

  • Do not return damaged items unless instructed by our support team.

1.2 Returning Unopened Products (Store Credit/Exchange Only)

  • Unopened and unused items in original, sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Contact us at Hello@luxuraworld.com with your order details and reason for return.

  • Return Conditions:

    • Sample sizes are not returnable.

    • R135 return & restocking fee applies.

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping and ensuring the package is traceable. Standard Beauty is not liable for lost or misdirected returns.

    • Glass packaging may break during return, and refunds cannot be processed in such cases.

    • Original shipping costs are not refunded (even if you received free shipping).

    • Returns are processed as store credit (excluding original shipping & restocking fee).

  • Processing Time: Allow up to 10 business days for return inspection, authentication, and store credit processing.

  • Gift Card Purchases: Refunds for gift card purchases will be issued as a new gift card.

1.3 Returning Used/Opened Products

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened products due to hygiene reasons.

  • We recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully to identify potential allergens or irritants.

  • Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience allergic reactions or skin sensitivity. We cannot offer refunds in such cases.

3. Returns & Refunds (Authorized Retailers)

  • Contact the authorized retailer (e.g., Takealot, Superbalist, EGG, Courier Guy) directly for return or refund assistance. Luxura cannot assist with returns from authorized resellers.

4. Miscellaneous

Receiver Not Available

  • Ensure you're reachable via email or phone for delivery. The courier might attempt to contact you for delivery arrangements.

  • Multiple failed contact attempts may result in the parcel being returned to us.

  • Re-issuing the parcel due to customer unavailability will incur a shipping charge.

  • Cancelling a returned order will result in deducted shipping costs from your refund.

Stock Availability

  • Luxura reserves the right to cancel your order if an item becomes unavailable.

  • You will receive a full refund via your original payment method and notification of any cancelled items.
