1.1 Faulty or Damaged Items, Fulfilment Errors

We'll do our best to resolve any issues with faulty, damaged items, or fulfilment errors.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, details of the damaged item(s), and photographic evidence.

Do not return damaged items unless instructed by our support team.

1.2 Returning Unopened Products (Store Credit/Exchange Only)

Unopened and unused items in original, sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
